AREAS OF EXPERTISE
✔️ Children and Teenagers
✔️ Young adults
Hi! I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Calgary, and then went on to earn my Masters of Social Work at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
I have experience in multiple mental health settings such as school-based, live-in treatment for teens, as well as in a child and family therapist role.
With a strengths-based, and solution focused approach, I am passionate in supporting teens who are transitioning into adult-hood and are trying to find their footing during this considerable life change. And, after becoming a mother, I also have a deep and genuine interest in supporting Mom’s with their mental health.
Using a trauma-informed lens that incorporates trust, safety, choice, collaboration and empowerment, my priority is to establish a warm, client-focused and connected therapeutic relationship.
I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your family, and to help give you the strategies and confidence to thrive in any area of your life that you feel could benefit.
